I find that when I'm consistent with my strength training it always helps my endurance and footwork during my tennis game, but after playing in USTA Winter singles my right hip has really been barking at me.
I’ve been trying to identify my weakness…my theory is somewhere in my glutes and/or obliques or just my overall core.
It doesn’t help that I got off my strength training program due to the pain. Dag-nabit!
